We are a small Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School. We have a single form intake each year with 15 pupils per year group. We have strong links with our local parish church, St Mary Magdalene, Broadwas.

Our school is a Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School. As such, it owes its origin to the Church and was originally established to provide a service to the children of the Parish. Our school opened on 1st May 1863.
The Governing Body of a Voluntary Aided School is the admitting body not the LEA. They have agreed a legal admission policy with the Diocese and the LEA, which can be found below.
The school's voluntary status is reflected in the composition of the Governing Body, which has Foundation Governors elected in consultation with the Lower Teme Valley Parochial Church Council of St Mary Magdalene Church. You can find out more about the composition of our Governing Body below.
Beginning of the day: the school gate opens at 8:35am for all classes and closes at 8:45am.
Register is taken from the time the children enter school.
End of the day: the school gates open at 3:10pm for all classes with the children leaving school at 3:15pm.
This equates to a typical week of 32.5 hours.
The school office is open from 8:30am to 4:00pm.
