My name is Mrs Catherine (Kate) Leach. I was born in Doddenham and have lived in this parish all my life. I am married to Tony, a farmer, who farms with his brother & our son in Cotheridge. We have 3 children (all married) and 6 grandchildren.
My daughters were both at Broadwas C.E. Primary School in the mid 1970s and 2 granddaughters more recently.
I helped, with 3 others, to start the Broadwas Brownie pack (unfortunately now closed). Over the years I have been involved with various organisations such as Young Farmers, Pony Club, W.I., Parish Council & Parochial Church Council.
I have been a Governor of Broadwas C.E. Primary School for over 30 years, serving as Chair of the Full Governing Body for 2 years, and being Chair of Finance. I help in School one morning each week.
